I’ve been in Health Care for over 20 years. I graduated as a Medical Assistant in 2001. I’ve spent the past 12 years in Scheduling for Home Health Care, Outside facilities and hospice companies, and overlooking our Seniors care. I have telephone, computer, and customer service skills. I’ve worked in the Clear Care, Arete’ Staff and the Kinnser Computer Software Systems. In my first healthcare position, I spent nearly 9 years working in a gynecology setting. I have both Front and Back Office Skills. I’ve also working in the lab and preformed blood draws and other lab test.

WORK EXPERIENCE: CSD Home Care, d,b,a CareStaf of Dallas Oct. 03, 2011- May 2, 2022 Administrator / Scheduling Coordinator. - I began my employment as a Scheduling/Staffing Coordinator. I’ve booked several patients with In-Home Care with RN’s, LVN’s, and CNA’s. In addition I was responsible to staffing several facilities, Hospice Patients, Hospice Units, Nursing Homes, and LTAC’s with responsible Agency Nurses Staff. I was also responsible for Human Resources. My duties included Calling Applicants, administrating and conducting the hiring process, as well as orientations. Our original CareStaf sold 12/18/2021 to Nova Leap. I was then promoted to Administrator. I ran the day-to-day operations, hiring of an entire new office staff, billing, and overseeing our employment force of over 100 employees, and dealing with family dynamics.

Attentive Prime Care January 2009- September 2011 I was hire as a Home Care Scheduling Coordinator. My job was to schedule all patients with RN’s, LVN’s, CNA’s, Physical and Occupational Therapies. I was also responsible for making sure that all new patient admissions, recertification visits, supervised visits, and evaluations were booked and completed in the Medicare required time range. I also was responsible for making sure all hospitalized patient were follow-up on and readmitted in in their allotted times. In addition I was responsible for all charts, QA and making sure orders were faxed and signed. I left after the company sold; and several positions were exhausted.

Planned Parenthood Of North Texas: January 2001-2009 I began my career in Health Care here at Planned Parenthood. I began a Family Planning Assistant (FPA), where I triaged patients, took vitals, blood draws, and educated patient in STD’s including HIV, all methods of birth control. I also spent lots of my years working with patient screening for cancer and receiving the Koman Grants. I also assisted patient with Colposcopy, Cryo, and the Leep procedures. I’ve help our office gross over $100,000 per month. I’m trustworthy, and was trusted with handling and delivering large sums of cash to the bank. In addition I’ve trained neatly all New Clinical Employees. I conducted billing, ordering supplies, and other management duties. I’ve had the pleasure of being the person to assist teens and young adults with the gynecology needs and counseling.
