• Responsible for conducting regular security audits at catering facilities (Do&Co, Flying Foods, 121 In-flight Catering, LSG Sky Chef and Gate Gourmet) to test the effectiveness of the existing procedures, identify any loopholes, take corrective and preventive measures to ensure compliance with the TSA requirements.

• Conduct On-the-Job training for aviation security functions – Aircraft access control, Ramp Security, Bagroom security, Aircraft Search and Catering Security.

• Manage daily staffing requirements and maintain manpower reports for proper payroll and billing purposes.

• Ensure that all security personnel are punctual, professional, and execute all duties in accordance with their job descriptions for all activities at the airport, including terminal, ramp, bag room, aircraft, and aircraft search and catering operations.

• Ensure that employees are in compliance with company uniform and grooming regulations.

• Implementation of HR policies in the area of discipline, discharge, motivation, and performance in a consistent and fair manner.

• Assist the Station management with station reporting requirements.

• Ensure that client complaints related to the operations are handled and resolved in a timely and effective manner and immediately report to the management

• Ensure that any client special requests or additional requirements are responded to and documented in a timely manner.

• Conduct Catering Security On-the-Job (OJT) training.

• Conduct Spot checks for contracted security positions such as catering, aircraft search, HHMD, ID Challenge etc. and report it to upper management using the company reporting tools. Provide mentoring and coaching to the team members if any deficiency is discovered as part of corrective actions measure.

• Thorough working knowledge of Aircraft Access control, Ramp Security, Bagroom Security, Passenger Profiling, Aircraft Search, Catering security and other related aviation security functions.

• Working experience of performing security contracted positions on almost all of our clients - Cathay Pacific, Air India, Emirates, Tap Portugal, Japan Airlines, Volaris, Caribbean, Saudia, South African, Tame, Virgin Atlantic, Singapore Airlines, Etihad Airways, Air Senegal.
