Position: Contract Management Technician (September 2021 - Present)
Duties include:
Manages and coordinates all contract administration duties in relation to waste water management including preparing contract change orders in compliance with project specifications and ensuring the company and its contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, vendors and consultants are in compliance with standard provisions.
Prepares purchase orders for contractors and consultants during design and construction phases, prescribing functions to ensure that policy and procedure formats are followed.
Monitors all work in progress related to waste water, verifies the completion of project and prepares all necessary documentation.
Prepares, maintains and updates a variety of project files, records, reports and correspondence.
Responds to requests and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding contract compliance issues and provides information where necessary.
Position: Metering Assistant (July 2016 – September 2021)
Duties included:
Conducted daily checks of water meters throughout the country ensuring meters are working effectively, no tampering of meters, accurate readings for billing purposes as well as doing feasibility reports for other potential customers to be metered.
Verified readings in cases where consumption appeared to be abnormal and recorded possible reasons for fluctuations.
Inspected meters for unauthorized connections, defects, and damage such as broken seals.
Monitored equipment operation to ensure proper functioning.
Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate departments as meter irregularities, damaged equipment, or impediments to meter access.
