NC machinist, prepare & check raw material per & load material on machine table to start machining process, select & load the right program according the run book & load the cutters ( tools ) into machine spindles & start machining process, after finish machining process clean up the parts & inspect them for any damage and according blue print or program error & send parts to the next work station to continue the process,keep my work area clean & ready for the next work order according the work schedule & always use the personal protection equipment for others & my own safety! Hand & precision tools I uses for my duties: air drill,Ratchet,Grinders,impact tools Mechanical wrenches,etc & precision tools like calipers,micrometers,bore & holes gages, Deep & step micrometers,od test,thickness gages,etc! Basically there were my duties and responsibilities on daily basis ! Occasionally assisting Assembly and inspection Department to complete Urgent ( Hot ) work on time !
