JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Construction of internal floating roof (IFR) &Cone roof(CR) & Dome roof (DRF) oil storage tank as per API 650 &API 620.

• Fabrication and Erection of Annular plates, Bottom plates as per the Approved Drawing.

• Carried Out the orientation of tank Nozzle, tank shell development.

• Supervise all mechanical construction activities to ensure all the work are carried out as per Project Specification and Schedule.

• Supervision of Tank shell & Tank nozzle fabrication and erection with PWHT Activities.

• Fabrication and erection of floating roof deck for IFR Tank.

• Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.

• Fit-up inspection of weld joints. Preparation of daily and weekly Reports.

• Coordination with NDT (RT,PT,MPT,UT,VBT,OIL CALK) as per QC team requirements at site.

• Conduct site inspection, high risk activities should be checked daily for adherence to safety requirement.

• Co-ordinate permit and job scope as per Client procedure.

• Before start day actives take Tool Box Talk work wise and safety wise hazards and mitigation to work crew.

• Prepare requirement equipments, materials are mobilize as per site preparation before execution.

• Job Safety Analysis document preparation as per site and job execution activities

• Lifting plan preparation for Erection purpose
