Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to apply for a teaching assistant position or any related to a teaching job with your Division/Organization. My strong point is that I like children and enjoy working with them. I decided to come back to the field of education after spending almost a year and a half teaching English to the schoolchildren in Vietnam. I made so many friends among the teaching staff and the students and was blessed to teach such smart and enthusiastic kids. The impact I made, urging kids to learn English was immense.
I used to work at the school back in the day as a teacher, later having become an English Professor in a number of the universities in my former home country. Regrettably, it was a long hiatus in my teaching professional career. My experience in Vietnam kind of rekindled my passion for teaching and upon returning to Canada I decided to go back to teaching in this country. That’s why I took on-line courses and finished them with honors and 3.75 GPA.
My key strengths are: 1.) I feel natural around kids and they feel that my feelings toward them are genuine. 2.) I am well read in humanitarian and social fields of science, so that I can easily be a sub-teacher in those areas.
I am really looking forward to going back to school and dedicate the rest of my life to the best profession in the world.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Anatoliy Zhalnin
