1.Administration

Manage and maintain the diary of Senior Manager time-effectively and priorities activities.

Arrange appointments for the Senior Manager and other managers internally and externally.

Schedule and arrange for divisional meetings, venues and refreshments.

Follow up on actions arising from minutes of meetings.

Prepare and distribute agenda and relevant documentation before meetings.

2.Logistics and Equipment

2.Audits

Record and make all the submission report of refunds above 5 million and submit it to Treasury department for payment.

Follow up and collect the proof of refunds report from treasury.
