Advise senior leaders on all health, morale, and welfare matters for military families. Responsible for performance appraisals and fair implementation of disciplinary actions. Oversees 450+ military and civilian personnel, on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

• Managed the COVID-19 vaccine mandate by leading with transparency, answering questions, and reporting information alongside of doctors and scientists at Town Hall event to ease fears and anxiety, which resulted in 3/455 seeking vaccination exemptions.

• Saved 5K man-hours per year by collaborating with section leaders to design and implement a sanitization station to improve equipment cleaning process.

• Combats suicide risks by teaching resilience and stress management and collaborating with mental health providers to improve the lives of numerous airmen.

• Developed a safe plan and process to clean and maintain unique aircraft that could detect radiation in the air while minimizing exposure from residual radiation.

• Solved problem of pilots developing hypoxia after flying F22 raptors (new military aircraft) by implementing breathing sample collection from lungs that revealed that the aircraft was moving at extreme speeds.
