Main Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate team to work safely and productively.
To initiate and undertake action to prevent the occurrence of non-conformity.

Conforming of materials received as per specification and standard.

Execution and Inspection of survey works, civil, structural& finishing works (reinforcement, formwork, pre pours and post pour inspections and MEP inspections.
Strong in supervising in architectural and finishing works like block work, brick work, rendering/ready mix plaster, painting works UPVC window installation.
Strong in supervising in precast Elements.
Preparing documents (Inspection Request, Checklist, NCR, Mir, Mar, Transmittals, List of Records, Inspection Record, Training Record, Auditing Records, RMC Reports, Third Party Test Reports).
Controlling of all quality related documents.
Maintain all documents in hard copy and MIS.
Physical verification of newly arrived materials in store.
On site testing of RMC materials.
Store inspection (verifying the martial stocks and quality)
Smooth Communication with consultant and client.
Conducting quality induction for new workers.
Conducting cube test, Prism test to determine the durability of concrete.
Controlling NCR works.
Able to handle surveying instruments (Total station, Levelling Instruments). Safety Management:
