Responsibilities: PTC CREO 3.0, 4.0, Windchill and ORACLE
·Working on the design of forging and machined components for prop shaft assemblies and axle
assemblies for heavy duty on highway and Off-Road vehicles. Also worked on Meritor's Blue Horizon
·Electric axle components and assemblies. Was responsible for all PCNs and ECNs for prop shaft
driveline group. Setup and Loaded BOMs into Oracle so our Laurinburg plant in South Carolina could
use data for manufacturing of assemblies for numerous customers. Also was responsible for discussing design issues with suppliers and supplying them with cad data for manufacture for Meritor.

·Working on power pack and transmission design for Elio 3 wheeled vehicle program. Day to day
activities include design and development of all related components for manufacturing. Also working
on excel documents that describe bolt engagement and clearance studies.
·Cost saving in casting development methods realized through clearance checks and stack ups, by
incorporating information on Excel spreadsheets.

·Worked on the design of suspension for ACV1.1 amphibious combat vehicle. Also the design of the
exterior engine access panels and armament for power pack of vehicle. Work also included integration
