As a result of the Covid Pandemic of 2020, ‘Food’ became a big issue in my Community. I Volunteered in a Food Bank (Crescenta / Canada YMCA), for Food distribution to school aged children that relied on their schools for their Meals (American Red Cross), and Assembled food boxes/bags for drive thru Food Banks (VolunteerLA).

Interface with front desk being aware of Hotel occupancy to have on hand any additional supplies and other resources that might be useful, and VIP arrivals possibly needing unusual attention. Pointed out Hotel amenities, points of interest, and entertainment opportunities. Kept the hotel lobby tidy, glass doors & windows smudge free, and entryways unobstructed. Assisted front desk with any errands or tasks they might need. Kept records of incoming Hotel or Guests parcels and distributed them. Operate Shuttle Van, taking Guests to various destinations within a nine mile radius. Arranged reservations for dining or transportation to and from destinations out of their service areas. Recommended dining, entertainment, shopping, points of interest and other destinations. I did whatever I possibly could to make the Guests comfortable, well tended to, and to exceed all of their expectations.
