Aviation Maintenance Production Manager / Coordinator – United States Air Force 12/2015 to 7/2022
Provided maintenance leadership for up to 91 maintenance technicians from 9 different specialties that maintained fleet of E-3 AWACs aircraft. Established daily production priorities, delegated tasks and ensured customer needs were met to provide operational, safe and reliable aircraft that met flying hour metrics.
Led team to balance quality, safety and production, achieved QA pass rates, aircraft availability (FMC and FHP) rates and on-time completion of maintenance actions all above USAF standards.
Trained and certified technicians in specialties such as engine run, blade blend, borescope and APU operation. Assisted with troubleshooting and fault isolation and evaluated work as a hands-on leader.
Teamed with engineers and product managers to troubleshoot complex issues and resolve unique problems.

Led teams of up to 4 technicians, installed and removed engines in support of 14 E-3 AWACS aircraft valued at $4.3B. Removed, replaced, repaired and troubleshot components and changed out defective parts to maintain equipment operability that met production needs. Gained diverse experience while working in engine backshop, supporting flightline maintenance and conducting isochronal inspections.
Isolated malfunctions and diagnosed faults using troubleshooting trees, technical instructions, wiring diagrams, schematics and blueprints. Completed all work in accordance with AFI 21-101 standards.
Maintained current expert technical knowledge of equipment, procedures and processes by reviewing engineering drawings and data, repair manuals, technical bulletins and manufacturer’s catalogs.
