Key responsibilities;
-Dealing with customer complaints telephonically or via Lewis stores call centre application eg. unresolved complaints, queried claims due to outstanding documents, affidavit does not have all information required to proceed with a claim, employer letter not signed, no valid contact number for employer or customer calling in to know why a claim was rejected and explaining to them.
-Capturing customer complaints and claims.
-Resolving customer complaints by assessing all documents and if all is in order hand over to our manager to sign and approve the claim.
-Processing insurance claims by assessing all documents and that all required documents has been submitted.
-Liaising with customers and branches over the phone in order to resolve customer claims or outstanding documentation required in order to process a claim.
-Capture number of claims resolved and unresolved on Excel spreadsheet and send to auditors.
-Writing customer letters stating outcome of their claim.
-Filing claims approved, rejected or claims still on query.
