My name is Pouria, I am a BIM coordinator and an architect, for me it has been more than few years now that I started applying BIM tools, I chose BIM as my field of specialty because I found it the most integrated and sustainable project delivery method, an excellent tool, process, and culture to reduce errors, assure a successful project delivery that enables all the stakeholders to communicate more effectively. I am aware how fast paced this industry is, but I enjoy working in such a situation, when lots of data is involved, I am capable of seeing the bigger picture and operate to the best of my ability in uncertainties. Every project is different from one another, and BIM allows me and every other involved entity to work on the real life like building information model at every stage of the construction project, moreover it enables the user to foresee and detect hidden potential issues and resolve them prior procurement. Basically, I find BIM my passion because its so dynamic and comprehensive. I am highly professional, disciplined prudent and diligent who sincerely dedicates his time to perfect the job especially when deadlines are time sensitive. I respect and understand work ethics, codes of conduct and know how to work within an organization at the best interest of the firm. I am aware that Acciona has been 20 years that is operating in Canada, and it has an active presence all around the globe, I have learnt that Acciona invests in BIM based projects and implements it very intelligently, therefore I would truly love to become a part of this big family and have the opportunity to take part in your company’s journey to strive and achieving the next milestones.
