As a floor supervisor/manager I was responsible for 15 employees nightly and 6000 individual games. Duties included handling patron disputes, jackpots over specified amount that needed to be paid out, and HR issues that might arise with employees. Also oversaw machine maintenance and cleaning staff. I also served as a brand ambassador making sure the highest standards were upheld in our representation of Winstar in our nightly execution of our job duties and performance.
