SITE OPERATIONS MANAGER

• Manager of 15 technical information specialists and 6 flight operations specialists, executing HR3D Geospatial Imagery mapping for the Department of Defense (CENTCOM AOR).

• Oversees and manages the operational success of over $3.5M worth of Aircraft, GSE, Electrical Optic and LiDAR collection and processing equipment while deployed OCONUS.

• Oversees and manages daily flight operations; on site and regional security, flight threat analysis, weather patterns, daily mission reports, logistics, personnel management.

• Advises regional Special Operations leadership on best practices and procedures for collecting HR3D geospatial imagery with remote sensing equipment in austere and hostile regions.

• Assists in the planning and prioritization of future mapping builds which support current and evolving operational mission requirements to a diverse customer network (US, Coalition, Foreign National). CWU JAN 2018 - APR 2018

• Responsible for managing the employment of SOUTHCOM Crisis Response Force (CRF), and the establishment of 24-hour deployable Joint Special Operations Task Force (JSOTF) center.

• Provides oversight of a $12M counter-drug budget for employment of Special Operation Forces.

• Monitored activities designated for Special Mission missions units, specific task given by the Joint Chiefs of Staff Concept Plans or missions directed by the National Command Authority.

• Manages the day-to-day programs and activities of the largest Directorate in the Special Operations Command South (SOCSO) organization consisting of over 200 personnel.

• Oversaw and advised on the overall planning, direction, and timely execution of all resource management systems, programs, and policies that support the achievement of SOCSOUTH’s goals and objectives.

• Provided technical advice to the Operations Director, Deputy Commanding Officer, Commanding General, and other staff sections concerning operations, program planning, development, execution, and evaluation.

• Advised the Director and the Commander on integration of compartmented and sensitive activities in support of other government agency programs, for crisis action and deliberate planning.

• Managed multi-million dollar cross-functional analytic support contracts in J3 operations at SOCSOUTH.

• Analyzed and interpreted broad directives by higher authority for the management of the command's programs. Designs methods to implement the regulatory provisions of directives and devises systems to meet specific command requirements

• Senior Enlisted Advisor for an 87 man Special Forces Company, responsible for operations and management of personnel, review and approval of all training concepts and budget for a Special Forces Company.

• Advised the commander on training, employment, and logistics management of six Special Forces Operation Detachment Alphas (SFODAs) and Special Forces Detachment Bravo

(SFODB).

• Senior planner and advisor to the Country Teams and Inter-Agency, in regards to Counter Drug and Counter Terrorism operations.

7th SPECIAL FORCES GROUP (A) MAY 2012 – DEC 2012

BATTALION OPERATIONS SERGEANT MAJOR

• Senior Enlisted Advisor to the S-3; Operations Planner and Advisor for the Command, responsible for plans, exercise and operations of 600 personnel and over $100,000 in equipment.

• Directed and conducted long - range training plans and analysis for combat operations and training; established a comprehensive Risk Assessment Program that allowed Special Forces companies to conduct high- risk training with zero losses or damage of equipment.
