Created and implemented an interview scheduling process for the City of Austin Human Resources to accommodate 16-24 telephone interviews and 8 in-person interviews per day. Also organized initial interview documents for immediate transfer to Records Management. Eliminated loose applications per employee and decreased lost documents by 100%.
