As you will gather from my CV, I have extensive
knowledge and experience in the admin field which
covers but is not limited to being a Secretary,
Receptionist, Administrator and then Sales
Administrator. I worked in several departments whilst I was at Telkom and today I am thankful for the
opportunity I had to do so.
I believe in gaining as much knowledge and
experience in the workplace as possible to ensure that you can perform your utmost best, I feel the need to be multi skilled, it will profit you in the end. Don’t limit yourself, you have to empower yourself to make sure that you achieve your goals that you have set for
yourself; without goals you will not succeed.
I am proud to say that I made an effort to gain as much knowledge and experience wherever I can to ensure
that I perform at my maximum level. I also realize that one never stops learning. I thrive on getting things organized and to have processes in place to ensure that the office runs smoothly; yes you do get your hiccups but if you are organized you will be able to handle it.
I believe that you have to treat your colleques and clients with the utmost respect, treat them the way you want to be treated, your clients are your bread and butter. I completed my matric at East London
Technical College because I was more commerce orientated than academic and I am grateful although it was done some time ago. I am currently completing online courses to refresh my skills and to proof to myself that I can do better than in the past. Whilst at Telkom I also attended several courses which was of great significance and very informative (list of courses attached to my CV).
