Professional Work Experience:

Process Engineer at GHANI GLASS LTD (15-01-2015 to till now)

Job Role: Production/Operation control

oTo manage and organize Department staff to perform smooth operation of glass bottles production in all three shifts with competent supervision.

oMonitoring melting of glass and maintain the temperature of furnace and regenerator w.r.to standard parameter.

oMonitor bottle Production and achieved set target within given timeline.

oRemove bottle manufacturing fault and remain at set standard through collaborate quality control.

oCoordinate with IS maintenance department and follow the preventive maintenance schedule.

oTo deal with both process Blow & blow and press, narrow neck press and blow molding process.

oMonitor Glass conditioning in distributer and fore hearth as per set job on machine.

oResponsible for process improvement studies in the context of lean manufacturing and production loss prevention.

oTo monitor all furnaces and fore hearth temperature and set the gas air ratio w.r.to drawn pull of glass.

oDefine the monthly plan of raw material consumption for adequate budgetary control according to production plan.

oTo prepared master data of ORACLE ERP system for production and EAM module and ORACLE execution system for process manufacturing flow.

oTo ensure that all measuring and test equipment are identified calibrate and certified.

oDefine the KPI’s of operations department vise, batch plant, lab, production & furnace regenerator 100% opening and their implementation.

oCorrective and Preventive measure of all contemporary and potential problems with written documentation (CAPA) to control and prevent to recurrence.

oWork out for risk management system in case of auto system failure.

oPerformed research and designed various manufacturing processes that helped in reducing cost and time.

oInstallation of 120 and 70 TONS capacity Glass manufacturing furnaces.

oManaging projects from initiation and execution through pre-production to completion.

oOversaw mechanical and civil facility designs for layout plant utilities and equipment arrangement.
