Delivery Driver/Inventory Manager March 2020-June 2021 I worked primarily as a Driver delivering swimming pool supplies and chemicals to Apartments, Hotels, and Resorts around the state of Arizona. I worked independently with the guidance from the CEO. I would arrive before anyone in the early morning, and would always be the last one to leave in the evening. I operated various types of forklifts, tractors, cargo vans and trucks. I would configure the daily route to get as close to a complete circle so there was no wasted time. Most of the chemicals were barrels of Chlorine and Acid weighing around 150 lbs. I would lift and carry about 30 of these 2 times a day everyday. I worked very closely with The Engineering and Maintenance Managers getting to know where they wanted their orders delivered to. I would rotate their stock putting the older chemicals in front or on top and the newly delivered supplies in back or on the bottom. In addition I would also give suggestions as to what chemicals are needed to keep the chemistry of their water as balanced as possible. My goal was to always make my customers informed, happy, and offer them the best products at the best price possible. I stay up to date on all the newest products available. I then in turn would order everything the company needed to maintain par levels I established for our stock. I also received all the merchandise that was delivered to the company.
