Responsible for assessing, analyzing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care in a 45 bed Level IV neonatal intensive care unit
Active participant in Nurse Practice Council, Central Line Associated Bloodstream Infection committee, Small baby Protocol and Family Integrated Care committee

Champion of the RCH CLABSI (Central Line Associated Bloodstream Infection Council): Work with different units in RCH to standardize practices around care of central lines.
