Getting enquires from buyers and converting the same into confirmed orders.

Confirm the costing, delivery date and the purchase order / packaging details from buyers.

Discussing with management to proceed the confirmed orders / orders status.

Meet with Merchants, Factory and production managers to plan for production to meet the schedules.

Get down the fit, counter, size set, production sample followed by the merchandiser.

Get down the comments from buyers for the sent samples and incorporate the same with further samples and production. Need to follow the merchandiser is it done.

Get down the approvals for the fit, counter, size set, production sample, fabric color and quality, trims, accessories, print, embroidery strike off., packing method.

Follow up with the merchants that got ordered all fabrics, trims, accessories and packaging materials and approve those before in-house.

Have to discuss the merchant, QAM and production leader for the production plan, critical parts, quality measures, check points and tracking systems.

Co ordinate with the buyers about the production plan, final inspection dates and so.

Coordinate with the logistics to confirm the vessel and shipping details.

Confirm the receipt of goods with customers.

Make a style statement for the order and payment status.

Finding new buyers and sending collections and samples to develop the enquires as well as business.

Monitoring the quality standards which we are following and achieving and need to take the right steps to improve or modify the same as per buyer’s requirement.

Find the cause of problems in delivery and quality if any and try to short it out ASAP.

Conducting meeting with merchandising and production team with M.R for the further implementation of new policies and procedures at production floor and so.

Co-ordinate with the accounts about the payment clearing to the suppliers on right time.

Co-ordinate with the documentation about the shipment which is reached on time and got the payments and drawbacks on time.

Reporting about the orders, production and Fund status weekly with Management.

Monitoring the order levels, fund flows and keeps on updating with Management.
