Joined SR as their COO in 2016 to evaluate their strategic plan and to convert them from an online subscription
Company to a Toy Manufacturer selling direct to Retail. Have relocated their warehouse to CA and got them
listed on Amazon and placed with Michaels for the Fall season and initiated long term planning.
FOUFOU PET PRODUCTS – CFO & BOARD MEMBER 2015 – 2017
Joined FouFou as their CFO in June 2015 to organize their finances, initiate budgeting and forecasting and to secure funding for the company in early 2017. The company does in excess of $3mil in the category of Pet toys and has an international clientel.

Joined 4DCityscape officially as CFO in the beginning of 2015 after several years of consulting with the owner on how to approach the Toy market with his product. Prepare and review weekly financials to include performance by product, key accounts and overall financial status. 2015 was the first profitable year for the company and we have now successfully partnered with a new banking institution to fund future growth.
ALTA / DB – CEO/CFO & BOARD MEMBER 2010 - 2013
Joined ALTA, a 35 year old kneepad company, in 2010 as they posted their 7th straight year of sales decline and losses. Posted a 17% increase in sales in 2011 and the first profits in 8 years by reducing the sku’s 80%, consolidating operations in Mexico, outsourcing warehousing, and moving offices from a 17000sq ft facility to a 2000 sq ft office. Initiated a product catalog, website and a professionally done booth at the trade show. In 2012 started a new division to expand sales into Garden, Toy, and Gift items and set up a 120 rep sales force.
BRAINYTOYS – CEO & BOARD MEMBER 2008-2010
Brought on to integrate 4 acquisitions made in the beginning of 2008 and initiate budgets and set the strategic
vision for a consolidation effort. Company had acquisitions in Hong Kong, England and the USA. Sourcing was reviewed and lines reduced from over 5000 items to roughly 500 important revenue producers. Domestic operations were consolidated and product development meetings introduced to change the direction of the companies that were purchased. Generated 1st Profit ever at Marshmallow Fun Co. of 20%.
MASTERPIECES INC – CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER 2006-2007
Responsible for Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product Development and Strategic Planning in relatively new but dynamic company looking to grow through acquisition. Planned and delivered budgeted profits for first time while also introducing company to China sourcing and Seattle warehousing. Identified and delivered 4 acquisitions to balance company portfolio while creating product development cycle.

Responsible for all logistics at Canada’s largest Toy Distributor while developing strategy for diversification and identifying potential targets. Did one acquisition of a USA based puzzle company.
HASBRO TOY 1976 to 1998
$5 billion Global Toy/Game Manufacturer. Part of team put together in 1976 when it was only $76 million.
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT MARKET DEVELOPMENT 1995 – 1998
Responsible for developing strategy and implementing growth in all markets outside of Western Europe and the Americas. Identified a new Global Distribution approach and adjusted personnel to initiate profitable growth in
market share. Using Australia and New Zealand as marketing models and benchmarking against best global practice
began 50% per annum growth and profits where none existed. Particular success stories were:
