Responsible to test the water samples based on PH, BOD, COD, TDS, TSS, Hardness and Alkalinity.

Responsible to maintain the Process report, Test report, Lab report of the plant.

Maintain the treatment plant systems.

Maintain the filtering and chemical treatment process.

Inspect, Service and repair components of the water treatment plant including water intakes, pipes, water storage vessels, chemical treatment equipment controls, circulation pumps, boilers, heat exchangers and valves.

Ensure and adequate supply of water for human consumption and fire fighting activities.

Prepare activity and Work order reports keep a daily log.

Provide reports to site manager, ensure records are maintaine. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE OF WATER TREATMENT PLANTS

Knowledge of WTP, STP, DM, RO, UF, ETP&NANO filtration process.

Knowledge of activated sludge process, Aerobic and anaerobic systems.

Knowledge of Brine and chlorination system.

Knowledge of some laboratory tests.

Mechanical ability and experience in the maintenance of a water treatment plant.

Water plant operation and maintenance including pumps, valves, chemical treatment system, etc.

Ability to communicate effectively in answering questions, making presentations, tours of the facility etc.

Maintaining operations during planned and emergency repairs.

Extensive knowledge of operation of a lime-soda water treatment plant, monitoring and regulatory.

Knowledge of both a microbiology and wet chemistry laboratory.
