Project Client: - Hinduja National corporation Ltd. (HNPCL 2*520MW), Visakhapatnam.

Worked as Mechanical Erection Engineer in “Bhavani Erectors Pvt. Ltd”, from 21st October 2011 to 25th October 2012.i.e Erection of ST, STG & Auxiliaries.

15. Work Responsibilities

Looking after Entire TG erection activities.

Foundation handover of TG Deck & rotating equipment.

TG Deck pre-casting activities like template setting, anchor block setting, pipe line sleeves & foundation bolt setting etc.

Mechanical checks of turbine like (Centering, installation, pre alignments, roll check, bump check, horn drop check, swing check etc.) and involve turbine startup activities.

Coordinating of all site erection activities & lead the workmen related to activities.

Responsible for Erection and commissioning of steam turbine and generator & rotating equipment like TDBFP, MDBFP, ACW, DMCW Pumps & Static Pumps like HP Heater, LP Heater, Deaerator, lube oil tanks Etc.

Involve all Types of Mechanical Erection in ST, GT Erection, and Installation activities.

Follow up of materials as per requirements.

Making Protocols as per Field Quality Plan after completion of works.

Conducting Tool Box tackles & safety training programs with safety department and workers.

Maintaining a logbook and prepare reports as required by Plant Management.

Preparation of monthly planning for execution of job in time.
