Polypropylene plant of IPCL is ISO 9002 AND ISO-14000 certified plant licensed by M/s. Technimont (Now Basell), Italy with a capacity of 60,000 TPA.

To prepare the day to day maintenance schedule and shutdown job schedule for instrument department. Supervision and job allocation to sub-ordinates (5 Engineers and 12 Technicians) with proper technical guidance. To keep them updated by means of training, lectures and demonstrations.

Preparing Failure Analysis Report for tripping/shutdown/malfunctions to improve the reliability and reduce the cost of maintenance.

Instrumentation Control Systems for various package items such as EXTRUSION SYSTEM (ZSK 220) by M/s. Werner & Pfliederer, Germany; Solids (powder and pellets) Conveying, Automatic Bagging System by M/s. Grief Werk, Germany & M/s. Mollers, Germany; M/s Binder (M/s Chronos weigher, M/s Boekel Check weigher & Metal Detector ), Additive Metering System by M/s. Funken, Japan.
