Operate production machines and equipment: washing, welding, boring, mounting, pressing, installing and detecting.
Operate machines and equipment by using control panel/switches, utilizing tools and gauges to produce components safely.
Observe machine operations to verify that processing conforms to specifications and launched new product with zero quality errors.
Participate in kaizen activities including Quality Circles
Perform 5 S duties including mopping, sweeping, wiping machines, and taping floors. (5S= Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)

Skills
Excellent fine motor skills including finger, hand and wrist dexterity
Able to walk approximately 6-7 miles over an 8-10 hour day
Able to regularly lift up to 30 pounds
