Professional Driver March-16-2018

My mission was as followed to make safe and on-time deliveries to the customer as needed in brutal weather and on roads where trucks this size should not go in today’s world. What I mean by this is trucks today is bigger than they was thirty years ago but the places I had to go was for smaller trucks that size, this is where I truly develop my perception of space and distance. A great trait to have when it comes to dealing with employee’s or customer conflict is to have patience I learned that with the space and distance analogy this is how I got it to fit.

Anyway during my time here I learned how to make a variety of meals and with my previous broiler experience I was able to produce some of the best looking and tasting steaks, burgers, and ribs Outback had to offer. This was an advantage when I got move to the front of the house as a server I already had good people and communication skills, but knowing the menu like I did made me extremely valuable because I was able to give the customer a better description of the meals they was asking about there’s the advantage. Line and pre-cook April-30-2011

To prepare and cook as well as clean also understand and practice all company procedures through out each day, like the FIFO methods or the right temperature of each product in the store, cook or un-cook and how they are stored was a major factor in how we proceeded. This is where I learned how important these steps was to improving the quality and teste of any meal, and this is why it is one of my pet peeves that I bring to the table to make sure every employee know and understand this so there will be little to no waste of any product, especially with a temperature.
