POSITION: PLANT QUALITY MANAGER

Main mission: make sure and prove that all products delivered by the division are in conformity with customers' needs and requirements through deployment of standard Leoni quality systems and tools. Main activities:

Manage and coach a team by 24 members: Quality System, Quality Incoming, Quality Process and Laboratory;

Build &manage the department budget with direct impact in P&L.

Build and deploy the Quality system. Implement the

“Management Knowledge” element from LPS Plus system (Leoni Production System).
