Over 22 years of vast experience in construction field from 1994 and at Aramco oil and gas pipe line projects, oil refineries and power plants substation buildings, multi storied buildings) in India and abroad.

CURRENT JOB (Experience in Gulf, Saudi Arabia)

Worked as in Gulf Consilidated Contractors Company(GCC) FROM (SEPT2009 TO MARCH 2021)Dammam khober Saudi Arabia. On cross country pipeline project(wasit downstream pipeline project jubail -3(saudi aramco) 300 KM PIPE LINE ( 2012 TO 2015)

Brief descriptions of responsibilities undertaken during the above project are as below

1.Presently working as a site superintendent for oil wells at Hawiyah, Utmaniya Abquiaq and Shudgum area (from april 2017 to 2021 march)

Construction of well heads extension of marl pads, OHPL (overhead power line ) Cathodic protection cp work Foc cable and instrument work carried out closely monitoring all such activities and handling subcontractor work as well as Gcc partial work like fencing and marl pad extention work

>follow up aramco materials and contractor materials with concern persons

>submitting WPR delegation letters to sapmt and for Aramco for

approval

>any deviation in drawing as per site submitting technical quarry to Sapmt

>pushing to subcontractors to complete the assigned activities in time with safety and quality

>If subcontractor not fulfilling the requirement of site reporting to top management via mails to management as well subcontractor and informing not providing resourses by the subcontractor please take immediate action to subcon or arrange some other contractor to accomplish the work in time

>checking the bills of subcontractor whether he completed that activity and all quanties as per site he prepared or not with proper survey quantities matching or mis matching if miss matching against BOQ and actual quantities return to subcontractor for rectify the bill and resubmit if corrected submitting to billing department

>close monitoring to subcontractor equipment whether fulfilling the requirement of aramco if not rejecting the equipment and saying no compromise in safety and quality

>follow-up to venders schedules based for commissioning and engineering and power for site

>our main aim to complete and handover the site in time with quality and safety

>follow up of TQ of drawing from Sapmt

>Reporting to sapmt on daily basis about progress and any deviation in drawings

>If rocky area informing to pmt for witness or sending site pictures via mail or whatsup

> Close monitoring on manpower and equipment and subcontractor work whether they are capable to achive the target given by the planning department or completing in time

> fully command on subcontractors to achieve the target

>finally if any punch list item pending covering and completing the those items and inform to pmt for further process of proponent inspection for handover with all as built drawings and all related drawing and document to pmt

Brief descriptions of responsibilities undertaken during above project are as below ( WASIT DOWN STREAM PIPE LINE PROJECT)( FROM 2012 TO 2015)

1. worked as senior civil structural steel supervisor 56 inch pipe line of 300 kms (from june 2012 to 2016)

Responsibilities handling >construction of trust anchor block, Remote terminal unit(RTU) building, pipe trench culverts,precasting pipe support foundations,structral pipe support foundations, Right of ways (ROW),swichth rack,FFJB,transformer foundations

all are major foundation for 56" gas pipe line length of pipe line is 300km > resolving all tecnical issues related to civil activities and raising tecnical query,if needed, for client's approval. > for preparation of constructing programs men and materials, work comprising material procurement, schedules, concepts of ideas, study and evaluation.

> Analysis of all project drawings before execution of work clarify and justify the various discrepancies in various drawings and with quality control, CPM analysis to complete the project work well in time with optimization technique.

> understand clients' needs,identify and address design parameters, develop innovative solutions and conceptual options leading to the optimum project development

>Assisting procurement department in material procurement, reviewing material requisitions,preparation and releasing of purchase order with technical justification

3.Worked as a senior civil supervisor(from sept 2009 to 2012) AYQS 26" crude pipe line of 260 km pipe line.(QASSIM POWER PLANT TO PUMP STATION # 6)

>All exicuting work for construction of RO plant building,washing plant building,substation building,concrete pipe trenh culverts 1500mtr,valve station pads, Leak detection system marl pad and solar pannel foundations etc.

>Review of IFC drawings and verified them with existing field condition prior to start work.ù

> handling precasting work as well as site exicution work.

>To check and optimize the quality of work, verify quantity of material used, and other vender activities like the work is as per standards, dimentions are strictly followed etc.

>planning & preparation of weekly forecast and Two weeks look ahead schedule for all activities.

Handled the all civil activities pertaining to that project like duck bank, stub up foundations, manholes (pull box), junction box foundations, instrumentation support foundations, cable tray foundations as per drawing and details and achieving quality of work with optimize manpower, scheduled time and materials. Excavation for laying analog, digital & power cables.

CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI STOREYED, RESORT BUILDING AND SHOPING COMPLEX AT HALF MOON BEACH (16MONTH)

Supervised construction works of mass housing projects. Marking for excavation, excavation, compaction, rebar work, formwork& pouring concrete etc. both rough and finishing work, painting work, scheduling manpower, materials and equipment.

CONSTRUCTION OF WASTE WATER LAGOON - AR RAZI (SABIC GROUPS), JUBAIL( 2 YEARS)

Constructions of lagoon of size 180mtrx120mtrx5mt in height, retaining walls and foundation, road around the lagoon, pavement slab, pump foundations (precast & installation work), precast pipe sleepers. Work comprising material procurement, schedules, study and evaluation. Analysis all project drawings before execution of work. Works clarifies and justify the various discrepancies in various drawings and achieving quality of work.

YANBU GAS PLANT, YANBU CRUDE OIL TERMINAL & EAST& WEST PIPE LINE (ARAMCO) CONTROL SYSTEM REPLACEMENT PROJECT (18 MONTHS)

Coordination with the clients for work deviations such as on the design, drawing or additional work. Close supervision in the construction of manholes, duck banks, both precast& cast-in-situ, junction boxes, excavation for laying new cables, compaction and asphalt pavement for road crossing. Work includes organizing manpower and equipment for the daily activities and materials procurement.

Refractory work for Boilers and furnaces. Applying refractory cement by guniting machine and manual also.

BUILDING TRADE MAINTENANCE - RT TERMINAL, SAUDI ARAMCO

Construction of fire wall, ring wall of tank (RCC), concreting of tank berm, work includes alternate breaking of existing concrete ring foundation in 180 opposite direction and construction new ring foundation in position. Breaking of existing concrete, excavation, backfilling, leveling of marl, compaction and laying concrete. Building maintenance/renovation, pipe sleepers, planning and scheduling for T&I.

Work. Coordination with the clients for the work progress and rectification if any discrepancy.

FROM FEB 1996 TO 1997 FEB: Apprentice in Government of Karnataka public work department

Handled building estimates for the purpose fixation rent, valuation of buildings, cost for sanctioning loans, preparing tenders form for biddings, verification of building estimates, bridges estimates, road estimates of quantity and rate as per specification of drawings and schedule of rates.

FROM JUNE 1994 TO 1996: Worked as a site engineer for chandra and chandra architects and engineers, Mandya, Karnataka state, India.
