Principle Utilities Specialist

- Perform ride outs to address third party attachment’s for 5G antennas, Hubs & Power Supplies to be powered by Pepco owned overhead pole locations.

- Identify if there are deficiencies or upgrades needing to meet specification standards before 3rd Parties are able to install equipment.

- Respond to storm emergencies up/down the East Coast and report on deficiencies overhead and underground if needed.

- Responsible for the contract performance of the DC. Street Light Asset Management Contract from May 2006 through May 2013 totaling over $100 million. (Severn Construction was acquired by our sister company WA. Chester, LLC. during the contract term in May 2011).
