I was responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of a ready to eat facility where we prepped and assembled prepackaged sandwiches and other products. I had 2 direct reports and 63 indirect reports. I reported to operations manager and owner.

Poultry Holdings / Hain Pure Protein - Fredericksburg PA - 07/2017 – 06/2020

First Processing Superintendent - Responsible for all departments in first processing including but not limited to Evisceration, Live receiving, packing and shipping. I have increased line efficiency by eliminating line stoppage and creating a better working relationship with USDA. Worked with maintenance and production on creating a sense of urgency. Lowered condemned by revamping the reprocessing procedure which also improved overall quality.

I have increased line efficiency, lowered NR's, increased moisture pickup and decreased the number of broken wings and mutilated birds.

Koch Foods LLC - Morristown, TN. 11/09 - 02/14

Evisceration Supervisor – managed 49 employees and I reported to Plant superintendent and plant manager. I managed the daily operations of the evis department including maintaining line efficiency, training and coaching employees, budgeting and planning, controlling operating cost and working with USDA personnel. Since I have been with the company I have lowered my department's operating cost, increased line efficiency, lowered NR's and employee turnover.

Debone Superintendent - In charge of Debone department for 2nd shift. I managed 6 cone lines, packout and shipping department. I managed 6 supervisors and 200 employees. While I was there I increased overall yield, lowered NR's and customer complaints. In 12/07 I transferred to our further processing plant as shipping manager. While I was there I lowered overall expenses, increased the number of trucks shipped per day which saved the company $1200 daily and I organized the freezer and implemented an inventory system which made it possible for the company to be able to have rework staged and ready to go before shift startup. This reduced downtime from 2 hours per day to 10 minutes per day. In August of 2008 corporate

decided to out source the shipping and freezer department to an outside contractor and I was downsized.

Supervisor for a series of projects. While I was with the company I worked in debone, the leg quarter room, packout, chiller and rehang area, and also managed the sizing department. I managed up to 55 employees. I reported to shift superintendent and shift manager
