Supervise the Health Educator to ensure the tools and resources needed are available and used to advance the program. Using inventive and creative brainstorming, found ways to reach the population of patients the program serves. Work with clinical staff, health educator and provider to ensure all resources are used in order to meet the guidelines of the grant. Track the structured data to report to the Office of Population Affairs and adjust as necessary. Complete quarterly reports that must be turned in timely. Prepare the clinic and staff for - and assist with the site visits (audits) performed by the granters. Serve as an advisory committee member for our community partners. Assisted in directing a video advertisement for the teen clinic. Success in growing the program despite the COVID-19 pandemic. OCTOBER 2012 – AUGUST 2020
