Highlights included supervised orthopedic clinical rotations, training in exercise stress testing, and functioning as a team physician for Glenwood High School and assistant team physician for Auburn University. Research project looked at the health-risk behaviors of adolescent participants in organized sports.

Coordinated program which provided preparticipation exams to athletes in the Kansas City Missouri School District. Co-investigator of a clinical study of temafloxacin vs. Augmentin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections.
