* Schedules appointments and/or interviews complaining parties and responding parties for investigations and mediations. Creates and maintains daily logs, files and case production tracking system.

* Gathers, documents and scans evidence. Researches and analyzes applicable statues and case law for investigations and mediations to be entered into the EEOC case management system.

* Prepares and drafts legal documents, complaints of discrimination, subpoenas, mediation settlement agreements and provides case briefings.

* Schedules and conducts mediations, conciliations and/or investigations of alleged violations of local and federal civil rights laws. Drafts and submits case plans and investigative reports to meet quarterly deadlines.
