Responsibilities:

Customer Care Department:

Capturing of orders

Directing investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints

Warehouse Department

Monitor and Ensure all proof of delivery is back and all necessary paper work within that procedure is done correctly

Part take in all stock takes when required

Perform any other warehouse duties when assigned too

Assist with scanning inbounds and out bounds

Keep track of the fleet operations and ensure all policies, procedures and safety rules are followed

Manage all fleet related data (Maintenance intervals, services, vehicle license renewals, drivers licenses, MDC-charges are conducted on time with NATIS and all service providers

Take charge of obtaining accident reports and quotations

Assist the Operation Manager and Warehouse Manager with all the administration work

Finance Department

Assist the finance with all fleet related issues such as licensing and maintenance of all vehicle

Ensure all Tax invoices are obtained from service providers and received in time for authorization by Management and further processing

Dispatch Department

Plan, organise and manage scheduled routes

Assist and ensure all ordered stock have been delivered to the right customer at the right time

Skills and Competencies

I T Skill- proficient in Ms Word, outlook, power point and excel

Communication and interpersonal Skills- I have the ability to communicate in a clear manner and absorb information in an effective manner.

Planning and organising Skills-I have the ability to plan tasks and execute them within a stipulated time frame

Languages-fluent in English and Oshiwambo
