This letter serves to confirm that Fallon Sibungu had been employed by our company, Survey V\rarehouse. Survey Vlhrehouse is an independent market and socireconomic research company situated in \Mndhoek, Namibia. Fallon first joined our team in 2 1 1 as a call centre agent, conduding telephone interviews with researcfi participants. She soon proved invaluable and was promoted to call centre supervisor. Both of these positbns were on project basis and laded for as long as each of the projects she was employed on lasted. She was responsible for overseeing all call centre agents, and making sure that their duties were canbd out as required. She was responsibb br monitoring progress on projecfs and compiling and submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports. Falbn was also responsible br the delegation of specific tasks to specific call centre agents. Fallon also supervised data processing aclivities from time to time. She was in cfiarge of the data entry team and carried our similar supervisory duties as with the call centre. Fallon was appointed as Assistant Project Manager in March N14. Her key responsibilities included: Assistance in project preparation, including assistarrce in recruitrnent of project staff, attending of training workshops and observations of training and pibting activities- This also included providing detailed, written feedback to her superior with regards to the abovementioned activities.
