Financial Statements. Run monthly and quarterly financial reports. Journal entries. GL. Reconcile monthly bank statements. All done using Quickbooks Live.

Accounts Payable. Collect mail from post office daily. Open and sort all invoices and bills. Key all bills into Quickbooks and run checks to pay bills. Mark bills as paid. Mail checks and file bills. Double check prices on any invoices that are billed to us before paying.

Accounts Receivable. Bill or invoice all customers through Quickbooks. E-mail invoices to customers. Keep track of all past due invoices and call customer if necessary. Once payment is received record the payments in Quickbooks. Run checks through check scanner which goes directly to the bank.

Human Resources. Manage all employee issues. New hire paperwork, insurance, benefits, etc. Assist in all open enrollments concerning benefits. Sign up new or existing employees. Handle workers comp claims. Vehicle insurance claims.

Assist customers, drivers, salespersons, and supervisors with any problems or complaints they may have. Work with the companies Owner and General Manager.

Manage two office employees to make sure their work gets done in a timely manner.

I was living in Florida at the time and SuperValu moved the office personal to Atlanta Georgia. I was unable to relocate at the time.

Associate Degree in Accounting, type 40 wpm; use a ten key calculator by touch, fax machine, copier, etc.
