1. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:

3. PACK AND COUNT STOCK:

3.PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

Generating Section 189(retrenchments letters) for employees.

Attending of retrenchments consultations to explain and guide employees with the 90 days process.

Assist and Working closely with Regional Operations Manager to proactively identify business needs, assess HR practices/solutions and align them to the business strategy.

Ensuring that employees are provided with the resources to meet the demands made on them.

Assist with understanding and identify the region’s/department's needs and recommend appropriate Human Resources solutions to the situation.

Assist in Identifying and solve problems when responding to queries so that appropriate action can be taken to prevent further problems occurring during future interventions.

4.PAYROLL CONSULTING

Assist employees with payroll queries.

Assist with facilitating medical aid applications, funeral claims, provident fund claims, COIDA claims, disability claims. Ensure documentation is completed correctly and all documentation is provided. Assist in ensuring HR Admin captures terminations by submitting of relevant documents and doing follow ups.

Assist with facilitating termination process.

5.RECRUITMENT

Assist with ensuring the recruitment and selection of required skill sets in the correct position at the correct time.

Assist to conduct interviews with line management.

Assist to select candidate based on success planning as well as business needs.

Assist to select candidate with the outcomes of the interview and issue a numerical test which will ensure if the employee is technically competent and send the documents of the successful candidate to HRBP.

Assist to draft and submit Appointments Authorization to business to sign.

Assist with making offers to successful candidate.

Assist in sending appointment documentation to new employee to complete.

Assist in collecting all appointment documentation from existing and new employees and forward to HR

Admin.

Assist and facilitate the signing of new contracts by successful candidates.

Assist with doing follow ups with HR Admin on capturing of documents and making sure they are on the system.

6.CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

6.1 MATERNITY LEAVE MATTERS

Assist in auditing of Leave payouts for employees who exist the system on account of death, resignation, retirement and retrenchments.

Assist in submitting Leave forms to be captured on the systems.

Assist in receiving and do verification of documents send from maternity leave applications to check if they were completed correctly e.g.:

Remuneration received by the employee whilst still in
