Duties included:
Manager over Canadian and Puerto Rican payroll processes.
Main responsibilities were to administer Canadian and Puerto Rican payroll policies ensuring the compliances of each Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) were met.
Other duties included manage processing of payroll and payroll taxes to include weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
Streamlined processes by analyzing the processes to determine the steps needed to cut the processing time down from 8 to 4 hours. Accomplished this by reviewing the responsibilities of all associates involved with processing payroll and realigned responsibilities to maximize the strengths of each associate, which allowed associates to become more efficient within their roles at CEVA.
