I have 25 years’ experience being a Proactive Superintendent, Project management mostly. I’ve inspected all my contractors work in all kinds of construction, I supervised the (MEP’S) to lighting upgrade, to retrofit for energy compliant on many of my school jobs, and other projects, my last 9 years was to retro fit Kinder Morgan Energy Facilities, and build from the ground up facilities, before that, new construction, I also owned my own General Construction business, License # 610851, Ryan’s Construction

Proficient in Micro Soft, Word, Power Point, Excel, Procore, Primavera, Plan Grid, Procore,

Proficient in large Foundations with Grade Beams on Pilings, all facets of underground, then the Buildings, Structure thru the finishes.

2021 to2022- DL Falk Construction, Superintendent, Doing DSA work at Vacaville High School doing a Gymnasium.

2020 to 2021 - Insight Environmental Inc. Superintendent, repairing Jet Fuel tanks on the flight line @ Travis AFB Tanks 1770, &1772, API 653 Repairs, We removed and replaced the floor of the tank, replaced the sand, and the Cathodic Protection system, hydride the tank, painted it and did a return to service.

2009 to-2020 – Gulf Field Services /Kinder Morgan Company

Facility Superintendent, Project Management, I have worked in multiple Kinder Morgan Facilities to Retrofit Facilities, with all their GC work, and MEP’s, lighting upgrades to help keep compliant.

2007-2009 Man Wah Construction, worked as a GC Superintendent, doing Seaton Elementary School, Merit College, and Laney College, retrofitting, all MEP’s and Building Structures, Gymnasium, Parking lots thru the finishes.

2000 - 2007 - Bovis Lend Lease

1.Construction Management - San Francisco Airport Expansion Program Boarding Area “G”.

SFO Airport Fifth floor Administrative Offices, upgrade all MEP, and LIGHTING Tenant Improvement, directed all MEP’S, including the Directors of SFO’s offices and conference room and SFO’S Mayor Willie Brown’s conference room.

Duties includes: Direct manpower and direct all sub-contractors of daily and weekly objectives per planned scheduling. Weekly architecture meetings to address all RFI’s and change of Work Orders. Performed inspections on, MEP’s, Framing, Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, $15 million project.

2.Superintendent - Santana Row, San Jose Building 17, 5.3 acres, six (6) stories high. Implemented supervision with the foundation from beginning to the MEP’s, to the finish, Performed all pre inspections and Quality Control from the post Tension Slab, to All wood Framing 3 stories high, thru all finishes, $550 million Project.

3.From the 3rd story up we had multiple family Condominium, 14 building 6 units per building, all high-end!

Superintendent on the Retro Fit MEP’s for Seaton Elementary School, Merit College & Laney College – Supervised with 20 craftsmen in General construction with remodeling in an existing and operating schools/college. Performed all Quality Control, and Inspections from Civil Thru Framing and finishes.

Other Experience:

I had started with custom homes built in Fairfield area with the Pearson’s house.

Commercial Tilt up at Roseville, CA.

Fairfield Development - Muirland Project, Medici Project, and Granite Point. Mainly doing Apartments that needed to pass with inspection by the state regulation on the finished drywall, tape & texture, doors & trim.

I’ve done consulting work in Civil and Private with doing inspection for Man Wah construction.

Jan. 08’ thru Dec. 08’ - Work as a subcontractor, Ryan’s Construction for Fluor Constructor as owner operator with heavy equipment on HEP project with Conoco Phillip on Rodeo, CA

Jan 09’ – Jul 09’ – Works as a subcontractor, Ryan’s Construction, for Fluor Constructor as owner operator with heavy equipment on Clean fuel Project at Chevron Refinery, Richmond, CA.

(2007) - 1 year with Exxon, Shell, Tesoro doing backhoe & excavation, Ryan’s Construction.
