● In charge of 229 presses line which has a daily tonnage of 750 tones and ensuring the production as per budget.
● Managed a team of 15 members, their daily work allocation and continuous improvement of the team by conducting weekly training programs and OJT for the new joinees.
● Co-ordination for material and manpower in the shift operations to achieve the daily targets.
● Prepare the daily MIS report for busssiness unit and take action for the non achieved parameters.
