Ensure a high quality service is delivered throughout the Project, whilst maintaining minimum standards in accordance with the Project Management scope of services

Overseeing and guiding design consultants through the design process including conducting design reviews for completeness and constructability monitoring and verifying progress and timely submissions at all design phases

Reviewing and monitoring project cost estimates, value engineering proposals and cost reconciliation

Developing and maintaining the risk management plan

Preparing tender strategy; identifying qualified consultants, contractor and vendors; preparing and issuing RFP’s, evaluating proposals; negotiating contract terms/deliverables/payment schedules; and issuing recommendations to the client
