Assemble AED machine

UnCONFIG: has four station of assembly

Station 1- scan serial #PO number of the unit inspect top enclosure and put on/ off button, I information button, shocks button, put PCA board on to slat and mouth with screws plus dogs

Station 2- scan serial # Po number of the unit add speakers, peepers and connect wires to PCA board. Install foam for protection on PCA

Station 3-scan serial #po of the unit.connect bundle of wires accordingly to AP

Assembly procedures untie two wires one blue and red prepare it for future test

Station 4- scan serial # po number of the unit verify all station is done scan PCA serial # and reprint serial label place on parts. Connect power cable into the PCA board, cover back enclosure secure screws

Station 5- scan serial #po number on shop floor and scan serial number on the unit. Fat perform functional

CONFIG: is code load- Testing language per unit. Each test last 1-2 minutes

Button test- Testing all button on the Unit.

Station 2- scan serial #po number of the unit. Sim use; operator test the unit, press shock

Button three times and I- button three times. If unit failed, report failure

Station 3- scan serial #po number of the unit. Label philips local, install foam pads, and put back label

Station 4-scan serial #po number of the unit.put instruction book, case, and unit place in tray pass on to QA inspection and put on the pallet

Remove unit from potting machine, load new unit into potting machine.

Solder: place a flex circuit down on the bench and sol4 comp coil through holes posts and solder 2 two more connect the flex circuit to the solder tester cable

Assembler two: remove the film from the housing display window and blow out and debris visually inspect the display for dirt, burns, scratches and any other blemishes. install mask, place LCD in top case, install foam, install PCA screws one, install connector screws two install LCD flex circuit cable, apply super lube to battery connect pads, install unit model decal, Lead assembly

Assembler three: build another back case for the next unit, by installing the positive and place negative battery connect in the back case housing, install back case assembly, install serial number decal, scan unit and place into lead press. Cycle press using the two finger controls. Verify that the unit passes the vision test

Install calibration sticker load into calibration test station follow on the screen prompts to adjust the pots, install two batteries into units, install battery foam pad onto battery door, install back case screws two, install battery door, install battery door screws, install probes red and black except for Bluk,

Final test station : load unit into test station connect leads to test station follow on screen prompts

789X Cell: place instulator on main PCA align insulator slots on top of fuse holder. Where shown. Place 2 fuses on main PCA remove previously tester board from kernel station place new assembly board into kernel station scan barcode to start test place the following items in the back light assembly fixture mask.

LCD orient letters such that they are towards top of back light unit elastomeric quality 2 place in slots of back light. Verify that all parts are installed properly in back light assembly fixture,

load board on top of the back light assembly fixture. Details place finger on circled button to place knob into top case nest cavity &apply. Lube as place top case & prepare RSOB assembly install RSOB connect in fixture as shown,

install RSOB housing as shown. Place finger on button to activate press perform quality check to make sure all connect are firmly seated & are flat. Against surface of housing to activate press for firm seating apply lube in between spring détente. Install PCA assembly on top case assembly. Install bottom shield shock absorbers 2 gold screws install energize battery

, install door on unit half turn fasteners & serial number. Press & hold the hold button while the unit is off switch the unit into the V position while contacting to hold the hold button look for defects. Install accessory mount& tilt stand. Check for details before applying decal us alcohol wipe around terminal for cleaning if needed apply top case decal.

Pack out- has model like 789/E/ RS/ CWG & 789 SPX has 789B/ WWG place insert ROHS, Reference, Safety Guide, IEC card, 1 Scan Unit, install accessory/mouth/ tilt stand, 2 pack unit and accessories into white display container and insert into Pop-box 3. Once weight passes, continue to build next unit while the label prints 4. When you have next unit build, return to step 1-4 label for previous unit label and packaged into multipack container

Assemble one load the coil winder ( refer to the winder instruction) and lower the door. The wind will being spooling coils. When the coil machine has completely stopped, open the top, unwinds the left and of the coil and tape in the market locations

Solder: is insert comp coil, into the two slots shown, posts pointing. Place a main coil into the top the ends of the coil positioned as shown, place the flex strip, between the main coil and the housing. Place the strip inside of the opening so that it lay down into a position so the comp coil posts pass through the strip through holes and lays flat assemble comp coils, main coils and flex strip into the second top housing, solid 4 comp coil through holes posts and two main coil wires. The 2 main coil wire must cross making an X, connect the flex to the solder tester cable.

Place the soldered and tested unit into the potting machine. The machine will automatically start when your hands have cleared the safety sensors.

When the potting cycle has finished the become solid green, place the potties Unit on the swip lane remove the housing top from the front of the swip lane.

At the button station, place a gasket on a button and grease with the peddle feeder in 6 marked locations, peel back the screen protector and check for scratches and blemishes. Place any scratches front cover in the red nonconforming bin. Replace the screen protector and continue. Place the button in the fixture and set a unit top over the button

Remove the film from the housing display window and blow out any debris. Visually inspect the display for dirt, burns, scratches and any other blemishes

Inspect and install a keypad contact ( gently pressure ensuring that the contact is inserted but not flattened at all) probe connectors, place a contact insert, into the unit top in the position and apply grease with the foot peddle isn’t two place, using both hands, place your finger in the button press fixture. So that two tops are produced, install the Ribbon cable from the coil into the PCA. Insert the test Lead, make sure the tab is up, the metal lead contact should be inserted into the metal sleeve inside of the lead assembly

Build the bottom case, Two spring should be positioned as shown in the two photo, place the bottom case shield, for T6 PRO, into the unit and press it in place with a nut driver tool, (2:places)

Install the top shield connect, place the bottom and press down. If the green light comes on, the parts have been inserted correctly, place a T6 unit in the the holding fixture and adjust the lead so that the they are on either side of the wedge, to activate the press, place a thumb in each of the start button and hold them there until the press finishes its cycle

Take a battery door and the battery door flex circuit Install the flex circuit through the slots in top of the battery door and place it as shown in the photo. Line up and install the flex circuit to top surface of the battery door fold the flex circuit in two locations,

Install 2 batteries, into the unit with the +( positive) terminal towards the top of the unit, place two screws into the locations as shown above, place the battery door on the unit and fasten the door using a screws, put a serial number label in the pocket on the left fork turn the unit on. If the unit comes on, begin calibration/ adjust. If the unit does not come on place it in the failure bin (cal Err message is okay) Scan the serial number and place the unit into the fixture, face down,

Final station: scan the serial label on the back of the unit at one of the final stations final. Statins are the test stations with a blue lead and the black lead into the black hands onto the sensors pads. One finger from each hand onto press automatically beginning after the unit completed
