Manager for all warehousing and logistics functions in support of local manufacturing operations and shipments to customers both domestic and international. Part of Supply Chain team responsible for inventory planning, purchasing and production scheduling.
Manage all inbound logistics from contract manufacturers/vendors in Asia, Europe and domestic U.S. to U.S. manufacturing facility in Seal Beach, CA. Negotiate rates, develop KPI’s, audit freight payment and develop budget. Reduced costs by 13.5% in first year.
