09/11 to Present: Providing civil engineering services, including civil planning-conceptual design-cost estimating, to GWDI (GW Development International, Inc., George Williams III, principal/architect) in 2016-2019 on two condominium/community development projects (both waterfront properties), namely one in the island of Belize of Central America ($4.6B overall project, $2.5B Phase 1) and the other being Georgetown Landing on the River in Jacksonville, North Carolina ($50M overall, $14M civil portion). The Belize project included a totally self contained/self-sustaining community consisting of 51 buildings, a harbor and marina, park/green space areas, public infrastructure system (water/ wastewater, stormwater/drainage, roadways/pedestrian pathways, light rail system…), a hotel, and numerous condominium units. The Georgetown project, which had public utilities provided by City of Jacksonville (water and wastewater), included 19 buildings and 288 condominium apartment units. Additionally, have done variety of volunteer work for community outreach and nonprofit organizations.
