JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY AREA:

Maintaining records for accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Verification of purchase and sale invoices and enter into the accounting system.

Preparation of ledgers, Bank Reconciliation, Debtors and Creditors Reconciliation, GST and TDS reports, for filing of TDS Returns etc.

Preparing of company’s accounts and tax returns for audit.

Perform accounts payable functions for construction expenses.

Managing of vendor accounts and generating weekly Cheques on demand.

Preparation of Reports for Filling of Quarterly and Annual Retun of TDS & GST Montly Return on Excel Sheet..

All Accounting works like Voucher Entries, preparations of Ledgers, Bank

Reconciliation, GST and TDS etc.

Processing of payments related to purchase, all expenditures like Electricity bills,

Salary and others payment activities etc.
