Core-Responsibilities:
1. Monitor Target achievement by distributor and Sales Team daily, weekly & monthly in view of agreed KPIs; (Coverage, Productivity, SKU per Call and Value per call)
2. Ensure coverage through distributors’ DSRs from the identified related universe. Maintain coverage / productivity of outlets as per agreed policy.
3. To achieve monthly objectives brand/SKU wise, re split & monitor target achievement into three 10 Day Cycles. 4. Regular field visits to find out the gaps in brand / SKU availability and merchandising and ensuring corrective measure to improve the situation.

6. Monitor and execute Service Level Agreements with concerned distributors.
7. Ensure distributors refrain from discounting from their commission and prevent cut rates in the market place. 8. Ensure DSRs follow visit schedules / permanent journey plans (PJPs). Carry out joint visits with the distributor’s team to monitor their performance and to coach and counsel on KPI deficiencies.
9. Ensure that distributors carry the agreed level of stocks of all SKUs. Further, ensure sufficient stock is available to support planned promotional activities.
10. Ensure FIFO is followed both at trade and distributors to prevent stocks getting outdated & damaged.
11. Ensure availability of complete product range at distributor’s retail universe.
12. Monitor distributors’ stocks return ratio and align it with agreed ratio.
13. Plan and execute the agreed ratio between retail and wholesale.
