And as for a resume, I no longer have one due to the fact that resumes are pretty much the same from another resume and no one truly learns about the applicant until a great interview is done. So, resumes are in fact a mute thing. Resumes hasn't done anyone any true perspective on any applicant. So, do you want more truth or do you want more brown nosing?
