My responsibility as an inventory in charge is being mixed with activities of merchandising and customer service that form part of routing day to day activity in this retail platform for more than two years.
Organize and manage large stock of items comprising up 12000 line of items; maintain excellent accuracy rating.
Physical check before receiving any item in the sore and checking barcode and adjustment on it if needed.
Using both PDT machine scanning and direct scanning to receive supplies in to the store or ware house.
Excellent computer knowledge and also teaching two assistant of how inventory is then including how to use the system.
Initiate cycle counting, greatly improving inventory integrity.
Facilitate material expediting, involving status checking and progress, Ect.
AS CUSTOMER SERVICE / MERCHANDIER
Change displays to ensure product promotion and marketing strategy stay on trend and appeal to customers.
Move merchandise around to create equal spacing and functional layout optimized for customer foot traffic patterns.
Rotate product on to the shelves from backroom stock and inventory supply.
Use manual and automated scanning and ordering services.
Create category groups in story layout about shelving and clustering of products by type and relevance
Coordinate labelling efforts ensuring pricing and signage may quickly pinpointed by customers.
